ParticipantNo attacks for over 1 1/2 years now, but watchful. Thinking good health, and how I don't eat many fruits and vegetables. What do you think about taking an Antioxidant Powered Supplement? I've bought a box of 24, which would be 48 servings. Pour the powder in a 16 oz bottle of water and that's 2 servings. Tastes o.k. but I'm wondering if anybody has tried these. But more important, would this drink cause a gout attack? They claim 6 servings of veggies and fruits in each packet, made with organic vegetables & fruits, 15 calories per drink, no sugar. I don't know if the organic broccoli ingredient would trigger an attack or not. I love broccoli, but haven't eaten it since I had my first attack.?They claim that there are 367 mg (in one drink) of natural, organic, apple, beets, carrots, lemon, kale, broccoli, spinach, parsley and tomato. Impressive ingredients on box also lists grape seed, aloe vera, green tea, barley grass, cinnamon, fruits, etc.?Any thoughts or experience??

ParticipantAs far as attacks go you could make a list of things you think may trigger an attack and slowly ad them to your diet. Kind of a watch and see.?I don't think one food one time will set off an attack. But were all different. Good luck. Limpy
