empoweredsustenance.com has been suggested as a source of nutrition for gout sufferers.
To me, it looks like yet another information marketing site with little or no valuable information.
If I’ve got this wrong, please explain what value empoweredsustenance.com brings to our gout suffering community.
How do you learn to cook great gout food?

I found it very helpful because I don’t fit the gout mold.
I had not considered that the gout was caused by a digestive issue – I was working on elimination only. (Cleansing the kidney and liver, and doing everything possible to flush uric acid).
If you system isn’t digesting proteins properly, high uric acid is a given!
I am now using simple digestive helps (from the website – with stuff that I already had at home) and I have seen a drop in my inflammation and pain. Still looking for pain free days, but I’ll take what I can get!
